Invigilation Schedule For First Semester April, 2023.

Please, attached is the Invigilation Schedule for the First Semester Examination  for the 2022/2023 academic year for your information and action. Kindly notify the College Examinations Office if your name was inadvertently omitted.

AS INVIGILATORS, PLEASE LET'S NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
 1. Report on time to the examination center and ensure that checking-in of students is started on time as stipulated by the university.

2. Students ID cards should be checked as they enter the hall.

3. Signing of attendance sheets should be started early enough.

4. After signing, there should be a head count of the students and the number of students indicated on the attendance sheet. 

5. Students who report after 30 minutes of start work should be referred to the Center coordinator. 
6. The envelopes for answer scripts should be properly labelled. 

7. Scannable sheets should be enveloped separately.

8. Please ensure that all unused answer booklets/supplementary sheets are returned to the Examinations office.
9. Please ensure that students with disabilities/physically challenged who may require some assistance are catered for.
