About the Faculty of Physical and Computational Sciences (FPCS)
The Faculty of Physical and Computational Sciences (FPCS) is one of the two faculties of the College of Science. FPCS
consists of Six academic departments as follows:
•Department of Computer Science
•Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science
•Department of Meteorology and Climate Science
FPCS is headed by a Dean who manages the affairs of the faculty. Each department of FPCS has a head. The current dean of
FPCS is Prof. Osei Akoto.
